Regulatory Compliance and Examination Consultants LLC (RCE) has over 30 years of experience assisting state insurance departments in conducting risk-focused financial and IT examinations and assessing cybersecurity programs. My Family and I have been working and developing our business for over twenty years. We are a small company originally from Illinois and moved to Nebraska.
Our Team can reduce the cost of your financial, cybersecurity, and ITGC examination without impacting the quality of the examination process. Our Team approach utilizes current 21st-century IT tools to reduce time, cost, and examiners. The merging of the IT audit, cybersecurity, and risk-focused financial examination is occurring at a rapid pace. RCE is positioned to assist our clients with this convergence while saving them time and fees.
Our Team is very active in SOFE’s Executive Committees, Board of Governors, NAIC’s IT Examination Working Group, Cyber Security Task Force, when in session, currently ISACA’s Emerging Technology Advisory Group (ETAG), ISC², and SANS. These organizations allow RCE to focus on current state ITGC auditing and cybersecurity programs, procedures, guidelines, regulations, and statutes, as well as emerging IT and cybersecurity standards, guidelines, and best practices.
